alternating cleans (clean right then clean left, repeat for time)
halo (15seconds to R, then 15seconds to L)
alternating C&P (C&P right, then C&P left, repeat for time)
sling shot (15 seconds to R, then 15 seconds to L)
alternating clean/squat/press
knee sling shot (15 seconds to R, then 15 seconds to L)
4x5/5-uneven single-leg deadlift (use two different bells sizes, one in each hand)
4x5/5-uneven suitcase DL
4x5/5-uneven see-saw press
4x5-uneven push press
3x5/5-snatch
3x10-double alternating cleans (alternating cleaning two bells at the same time)
Basic JM plus:
bent arm camshafts
lateral c-spine glides
top/bottom elbow circles
bent finger circles
pinkie & index leads with dominant eye closed
anterior 45* lunge pelvic tilts & circles
anterior 45* knee circles
top ankle circles
medial ankle tilts
rolling toe pulls
