10 Feb Class

Joint Mobility & Gross Mobility
Clean practice using the wall as a guide.

Partner up and take turns doing the following drills:
3x3/3-FS (Front Squat)
3x3/3-C&P (Clean & Press)
3x20/20-swing
3x3/3-bent row or renegade row
3x3/3-squat/press (rack the bell once, do a FS then press the bell after you finish the squat)

Snatch practice (without partners)
1x5/5/5-lo/chest-level/head-level one-arm swings
3x3/3-snatch

1x3/3-get-up
Joint Mobility (opposing joints) cool-down
